Osarai does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Specifically, we do not collect:
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers
• Location data, IP addresses
• Access to contacts or photos
• Apple ID or other identifiers

All flashcards, study progress, and app settings you create are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.

2. How We Use Information

Since Osarai does not collect personal information, we do not process, sell, or share any personal data with third parties.

Your learning data (flashcards, accuracy rates, study history, etc.) is stored only in your device's local storage and cannot be accessed by anyone, including the developer.

3. Analytics

Osarai uses Mixpanel to improve app quality.

[IMPORTANT] About the data collected by Mixpanel:
• We collect only fully anonymized usage statistics
• Examples: which screens are viewed, feature usage frequency
• No information that could identify users is included
• Data is not linked to personal information, Apple ID, or device-specific IDs

[Data We Do NOT Collect]
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers
• Location data, IP addresses
• Flashcard content, learning data
• Advertising ID (IDFA)

This data is not used for advertising purposes and is never shared with advertising networks or third parties. We do not engage in any tracking subject to App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

4. Data Security

• All learning data is stored only on your device
• No personally identifiable information is transmitted over the internet
• The developer cannot access your flashcards or study progress
• Deleting the app completely removes all data from your device

5. Children's Privacy

Osarai is designed for all ages but does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we do not collect personal information by design, we are compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

6. Your Rights

Since Osarai does not collect personal information, there is no need for data deletion, correction, or export requests. Simply deleting the app from your device will completely remove all associated data.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected on the App Store listing and this page with an updated "Effective Date."
